Al Salous, MBA
CEO, Principal
Al Salous is a full-time real estate developer, CEO, and Co-Founder of Investream. He is responsible for asset acquisition and management, as well as strategic partnerships and business development for the organization. Investream has 1,500+ units sponsored and in development ($300 MM AuM and in construction) in Texas and Oklahoma.
Al is an active member of the Texas/National Apartment Associations. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Candidate (CCIM) and an Independent Real Estate Owner Professional (IROP).
He is a former oil & gas executive, with over 15 years of professional experience in technology, marketing, operations, mergers & acquisitions, and business transformation at renowned global companies like General Electric and Baker Hughes.
Al ran two startups, collaboratively led three business acquisitions, and championed a multi-billion-dollar business transformation. He is also an executive graduate from GE Cotonville Leadership Institute with an MBA and BS in Electrical Engineering.
He lives in Houston with his wife and four children. His causes include work with orphans, education sponsorship, and youth leadership programs.
Baha Abu-Esheh, MD
Principal
Baha is the Co-Founder and Principal of Investream. He is a board-certified Neurologist with a Fellowship in Neurophysiology. He is also board-certified in Headache and Sleep Medicine. Baha holds FAAN, FAHS, and DNBPAS credentials.
He is the Founder and President of Neurology Care, a private practice with 10 providers and 50 staff.
Baha held several leadership roles in his career. He is the ex-Chief of Staff at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore, OK. He was also the Medical Director of the Sleep Lab and the President of the Southern Oklahoma Physicians Association.
He invested in many startups, including a primary care clinic, a luxury car dealership, a Mediterranean restaurant, and several car wash assets.
Yousef Abu-Esheh, D.Ph
Principal
Yousef is the co-founder and principal of Investream. He is a Doctor of Pharmacy and a medical industry business entrepreneur with more than 14 years of experience. Yousef is an ex-Walmart top 10% pharmacy manager of a pharmacy that had $10M in yearly revenue.
He is the Founder and CEO of BoostMD, a management consulting firm for medical practices. He is also a managing partner of Neurology Care.
Yousef is a serial entrepreneur with many startups, including a primary care clinic, a luxury car dealership, a Mediterranean restaurant, and several car wash assets.
Wes Salous
Director of Development
Wes is a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of operations experience in the hospitality industry. He owned and operated tens of IHOP and Jack in the Box Stores in the Midwest.
Wes has an early real estate passion, and he has developed over 10 commercial real estate projects, from multifamily to retail and restaurants. Early on, Wes was a programmer analyst with American Airlines and holds a bachelor's in computer science.
Marquice Hobbs
Business Development Manager
Marquice is a native Houstonian, published author, public intellectual, and community activist who serves as the Pastor of Contemporary Worship at Christ Church Sugarland. He holds degrees from Stephen F. Austin and Emory University. Through his role as a pastor and his membership in multiple non-profit organizations, he is actively involved with community initiatives that impact the social, economic, and family life of the local community.
Marquice partners with other commercial real estate operators to bring investors closer to financial freedom through passive investments while serving the communities they manage.
Sully Salous
Investor Relations
As part of our Investor Relations team, Sully’s goal is to build a long-lasting relationship with potential and current investors and serve as a point of contact for anyone who has questions or needs assistance.
Sully comes to Investream from a sales and marketing background and with a double major in Marketing and Healthcare Business from the University of Oklahoma.
He also has management experience in restaurants and car dealerships, and currently operates multiple locations with a partner.
Sammi Dittloff
Marketing Director
Sammi’s never been one to be boxed in, and her holistic approach to marketing is living proof of that. As the Marketing Director for Investream, Sammi is responsible for establishing brand identity, ensuring brand consistency, creating long-form content, and managing the marketing team.
Sammi comes to Investream with almost 20 years of marketing experience. She loves taking complex topics and making them easy to understand for broader audiences. She also enjoys unearthing what makes an organization unique and sharing it with the world, which requires a deep connection with core values and the heart of a business.
Outside of her work at Investream, Sammi runs Needs More Fiber and balances marketing work with graduate school. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Nutrition and also has an MA in Media Studies.
In any spare moments she can find, Sammi enjoys reading, painting, crafting, hiking, podcasting, playing video games, camping, and hanging out with her husband and two dogs. Like a true Midwesterner, she WILL tell you when she got something on sale.
Amber Snipes
Operations Manager
Amber Snipes is an Operations Manager with over 14 years of experience in operations and project management within the property management industry. She has managed large portfolios of commercial properties, including lifestyle centers, shopping centers, and airports. In her current role at Investream, she oversees daily operations and project initiatives, focusing on streamlining processes to support the company’s expansion and long-term growth.
Amber is known for managing complex projects with efficiency and has earned awards for outstanding customer service and leadership. Above all, she is passionate about leaving a lasting impact on the people she works with throughout her tenure at Investream.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She loves traveling, exploring new places together, and relaxing with a good book.
Daizha Jimenez
Social Media Manager
Daizha is a multidisciplinary digital marketer and communications professional with over five years of experience driving content strategy, brand messaging, and audience engagement across nonprofits, startups, and creative spaces.
As the Social Media Manager at Investream, she leads the strategy, creation, and curation of content across all social platforms, ensuring the company’s brand voice and values are reflected through content that informs, inspires, and engages. Daizha is passionate about sparking meaningful conversations around real estate and investing, offering an authentic and relatable voice in a complex industry.
She holds a degree in Communications from Temple University and brings years of board leadership and nonprofit experience to her mission-driven approach, with a deep commitment to community empowerment.
Outside of Investream, Daizha works as a digital marketer, photographer, and art studio assistant. In her free time, she enjoys playing bass, combining creativity and rhythm in everything she does.
